The company is sharing actionable recommendations and offering advanced indoor air quality (IAQ) solutions designed to safeguard public health during periods of deteriorating outdoor air quality.
Recent wildfire activity across North America has resulted in widespread hazardous air conditions. In several regions, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) classified air quality as “unhealthy,” with AQI levels exceeding 150. Carrier emphasizes that while outdoor air may be unsafe, smoke particulates also infiltrate indoor spaces, creating additional health risks.
